Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Shift Rotation: 3 days on (Sat, Sun, Mon), 2 days off (Tues, Wed), 2 days on (Thurs, Fri), 3 days off (Sat to Mon)
Position Summary:
- We’re seeking a Bio-Process Associate to operate control systems and processes in our Biotechnology Pilot Plants. This role involves preparing process buffers and reagents, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate control systems in Biotechnology Pilot Plants.
- Prepare process buffers and reagents.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
- Report safety, maintenance, and operational issues.
- Communicate operational status to management.
- Follow SOPs and batch records meticulously.
- Monitor processes and record data accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; A.A.S. or B.S. degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of process operations experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with chemistry, mathematics, and microbiology.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Team player with a commitment to a collaborative work culture.
- Adaptability to shift work and overtime.
