Job Title: Brand Merchandising

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive growth and franchise management for North America Men’s Sportswear Footwear. Our team values collaboration and excellence, focusing on assortment building and business acumen to make a significant impact within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and franchise management of Court Classics, Retro, Air Max, and Look of Running assortments.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Sportswear Footwear Merchandising team and cross-functional partners.
- Manage, maintain, and communicate all seasonal tools and assortments.
- Represent top footwear franchises across various levels of the organization.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Sportswear Footwear consumer and marketplace.
- Ability to analyze business and consumer trends.
