Job Title: Brand Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Brand Merchandising professional to support assortment planning, product placement, and decision-making that helps deliver differentiated market coverage and profitable consumer-right assortments. Our team is looking for someone who can collaborate across merchandising, product, and sales functions to help finalize category assortment plans and support product allocation decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Finalize category assortment plans and help resolve issues related to flow, pricing, and distribution decisions.
- Support consumer insights, assortment planning, go-to-market activities, and product management tasks.
- Ensure assortments support market segmentation, differentiation, and incremental growth.
- Optimize the planning and placement of products for the appropriate format and retail floor execution.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience in merchandising.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, the job description notes that a degree is not a hard requirement.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
- Marketplace awareness, Excel expertise, and a team player mindset.
