Job Title: Building Controls Specialist
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Controls Specialist to support project coordination and technical activities for Building Management System projects. This position plays an important part in issue resolution, deployment support, and the ongoing improvement of BMS standards to help ensure consistent and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and implementation tasks.
- Triage project issues and support timely resolution.
- Support BMS deployments, upgrades, commissioning, and system enhancements.
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of New Store BMS deficiencies while assisting with field validation, testing, documentation, and status updates.
Required:
- Support technical and operational activities for Building Management System projects.
- Assist with field validation, testing, and commissioning activities to help ensure compliance with established BMS standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to address deficiencies and support corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and status updates while providing support to the Field Engineer Building Controls Supervisor and Field Engineering Project Manager as needed.
