Job Title: Business Analysis Associate
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-focused professional to help manage incentive marketing offer activities, research and resolve incoming requests, and maintain accurate reporting and validation processes. Our team is looking for someone who brings strong Excel skills, excellent organization, and a careful approach to audits, data checks, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming requests from branches and care centers, then research and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain Excel reports, import files into an application, and verify results.
- Process data, validate outcomes, and support audits with strong attention to accuracy.
- Analyze data, identify trends, schedule and lead meetings, and communicate results clearly.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Attention to detail, analytical and investigative mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, team-player mindset, Outlook experience, workload management skills, and flexibility to respond to urgent requests and changing priorities.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred, with banking or financial services experience preferred.
- Open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
