Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional to facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal teams and customers, supporting operational efficiency. Our team values data management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement as core components to deliver impactful results for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between contractors and customers, resolving access issues and coordinating inspection appointments.
- Document and manage customer access challenges, maintain records of inspection constraints, and support process improvements for access management.
- Create spatial joins and mapping analyses to identify and address inspection constraints, releasing relevant work orders with all necessary instructions.
- Validate inspection data in dashboards, identify discrepancies across relevant systems, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve sync issues.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management including data structure, controls design, querying, and report development.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel), SAS, SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, and ArcGIS for data and process analysis.
- Experience with process tracking, time management, and working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
