Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Chino, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver in-depth analysis and operational support across business operations for our team. Our focus is on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and effective cross-functional coordination to ensure excellence in all operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business operations, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational, financial, and performance data from enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting audits and management review.
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, and cost analysis, supporting business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and funding justifications for operational initiatives.
- Coordinate inputs, deliverables, and timelines across various stakeholders, facilitating change management efforts and supporting compliance, audit, and governance activities.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience performing business or operational analysis, with demonstrated ability to conduct moderately complex quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency in collecting, validating, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources using standard business analysis tools and software, including spreadsheets, presentations, and enterprise reporting systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present complex information clearly to different audiences, including leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
