Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Partner with at least two agile crews to support initiatives related to First Mortgage and Home Equity products.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.
- Implement configuration changes and escalate issues to the appropriate resource when necessary.
- Collaborate regularly with distributed teams across multiple time zones to achieve operational objectives.
Required:
- Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Empower Configuration and retention of system functionality and features.
- Experience with Empower LOS and ADO for tracking stories or requirements.
- Proficiency with JIRA for management of stories and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills as well as experience managing distributed teams.
