Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We support efficient and effective network and telephony deployments across North American retail stores. Our team is focused on delivering high-quality technical solutions while ensuring seamless coordination and communication between business partners, vendors, and store resources.
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for North American network and telephony store activity, including construction, deployment, and break-fix coordination.
- Configure network and telephony hardware across US and Canada markets and proactively coordinate with resources for store implementation.
- Research, diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical and procedural networking issues, utilizing available resources for prompt resolutions.
- Update and maintain inventory and reporting management tools while providing weekly status summary reports for network-related activities and changes.
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness with the capability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Service Now, and Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 4 years of previous IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years in networking (routers, switches, LAN/WAN, IP, Zoom Telephony systems).
