Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation Management: Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and incorporated into project decisions.
- Reporting and Communication: Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Process Improvement: Document current and future state processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Project Management Support: Assist with project management activities, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing scope changes.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet requirements and are user-friendly.
