Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for technology applications. Our team is dedicated to driving business process improvement projects that enhance business results and streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create detailed ETL Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and data dictionaries.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Proficiency in creating STMs for ETL and Salesforce DB skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
