Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to support our team in tracking and governing APIs across the enterprise. Our team plays a critical role in driving process efficiency and compliance by maintaining and automating the API inventory and related workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the enterprise API inventory by collaborating across multiple teams and validating documentation for accuracy.
- Coordinate quarterly API attestation activities, including tracking responses and preparing summary reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate manual inventory and attestation workflows, collaborating on business requirements and deployment of automated solutions.
- Partner with product owners and engineering leads to gather detailed API information, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience performing in a business analyst, technical analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on governance or compliance.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, including macro coding and scripting, and experience using SharePoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration concepts, or systems architecture (coding not required), with demonstrated skills in data validation and documentation.
- Experience using process automation tools, such as Power Automate, ADF, or ServiceNow workflows, with excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
