Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking skilled professionals to help transform business requirements into actionable solutions for a large-scale technology initiative. Our team plays a crucial role in bridging business operations and technology, ensuring new systems maximize business value and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into specifications for development teams.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to guide decisions regarding system implementation.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure compatibility and information sharing.
- Collaborate within a full-stack team environment including developers, scrum masters, software engineers, and product owners.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with DSP and Kafka.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
