Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in supporting workforce technology initiatives. Our team focuses on managing HR data and maintaining robust data repositories to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and collaborate closely with business partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Lead quality engineering efforts, including test scripting and validation processes to ensure optimal performance of workforce technology systems.
- Work alongside data engineers to maintain and improve data warehouse and repository projects.
- Foster proactive, collaborative communication within the team to drive successful project outcomes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in business analysis.
- Proficiency with Jira, XRAY, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Power Query.
- Python programming knowledge; ability to read code and apply big data concepts (including Hadoop, Hive, and HQL).
