Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional interested in leading critical technology initiatives that directly support fraud customer communication. Our team values expertise in Actimize tools and is committed to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions for fraud detection and prevention.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Actimize tools to analyze and implement solutions that support fraud customer communication efforts.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects involving Actimize system enhancements, fraud alerts, and onboarding of new software tools.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to conduct analysis on fraud-related data and create reports using DART, VTLs, and Plugins.
  • Engage with cross-functional groups to ensure effective support and maintenance of Actimize systems and related applications.

Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with Actimize tools, including RCM Designer, ActOne configurations, and AIS Modeler.
  • Proven ability to create DART reports, work with VTLs and Plugins, and experience with at least one Actimize solution such as IFM, SAM, CDD, or WLF.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining Actimize solutions; strong SQL skills, including Oracle, Kafka, and Cassandra Query Language (CQL).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
