Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are working with a leading organization seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bring structure, operating rigor, and strategic direction to a complex portfolio of network compliance and automation work. This role will help connect business needs and technology execution while supporting end-to-end process improvement, roadmap development, and work intake organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support network compliance initiatives by helping ensure devices align with baseline hardening standards.
- Bring structure to the team’s work by organizing JIRA items, categorizing efforts, and improving visibility across the board.
- Help build and maintain a roadmap for active and upcoming projects across compliance, automation, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide updates, manage workload priorities, and support end-to-end process planning.
Required:
- 8+ years of experience is required in lieu of education, or a minimum of a high school degree.
- AI experience is required and is the top priority for consideration.
- DevOps, network compliance, automation, Python, VS Code, and CoPilot experience are required.
- Strong leadership, self-driven work style, verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills are required.
