Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – RPT Application Management

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst – RPT Application Management opportunity focused on supporting engineering document management and related applications. This position offers the chance to partner with business and IT stakeholders, improve application performance, and help deliver reliable solutions that support critical operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical application support and ownership for Meridian and other assigned applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, testing, enhancements, and integrations.
- Support engineering and technical document management processes, including workflows, metadata, security, revisions, approvals, reporting, and controlled documents.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, document specifications, and support project delivery from development through implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, process flows, and training materials while assisting with incident, problem, change, and release management.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of training, work experience, and education.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Meridian, including administration, configuration, support, implementation, or enhancement activities.
- Experience managing engineering documentation and CAD drawings/drafting records, including document revisions, approvals, workflows, metadata, and controlled-document practices.
- 4+ years of Information Technology and IT Business Systems Analysis experience, including requirements definition, business process definition, strong documentation, application development and support, implementation and support, and end-to-end IT coordination and project support.
- Experience working with Grain, Energy, or Agronomy business applications, plus general knowledge of system development methodologies, importing data for reports/spreadsheets/graphs/flow charts, Microsoft development platforms including DevOps, and Business Analysis and/or Project Management certification.
