Job Title: Business Systems Process Analyst

Overview
Seeking a technical, process-focused Business Systems Process Analyst to design and improve business processes that are implemented within internal policy decision tools. This person will evaluate complex operational processes, design improved future-state workflows, and configure step-by-step decision flows within an internal low-code/no-code platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and design improved future-state processes and system workflows.
- Build and configure step-by-step workflows and decision logic within an internal low-code/no-code policy decision tool.
- Translate complex policies and operational processes into functional system designs and process flows.
- Create detailed functional requirements, test cases, and UAT scenarios.
- Support the full SDLC, from process analysis and solution design through testing, implementation, and launch.
- Partner cross-functionally with Policy, Product, Operations, and technical teams to implement process and system changes.
- Identify process gaps, root causes, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of business process improvement experience at marketplace/platform technology companies such as Meta, Google, Amazon, Netflix, Uber, or DoorDash.
- Business systems and process design experience, including process mapping and workflow design.
- SDLC experience, including writing test cases and supporting UAT.
- Experience with technical systems, workflow tools, business rules, or automation.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with Product, Operations, Policy, and Engineering teams.
- Lean/Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Customer support/contact center operations experience.
- Low-code/no-code or decisioning platform experience.
