Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee end-to-end procurement operations for indirect materials and services. Our team values strong negotiation abilities and supplier management skills to ensure the efficiency and compliance of procurement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the complete procurement lifecycle for indirect categories, including COTS products, ET/IT hardware, and aerospace materials and services.
- Process purchase requisitions and manage conversion to purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, delivery, and service, and conduct competitive bid analyses.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable pricing and terms, and resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, with a preference for indirect buying capacity.
- Proven experience procuring COTS products and IT/technology hardware.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with demonstrated proficiency in ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
