Job Title: Buyer II SAAS

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support mission-critical procurement functions across indirect categories, with a primary focus on software, SaaS solutions, and IT/ET hardware. Our team values expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and compliance to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for strategic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, IT/ET hardware, and related professional services.
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value while managing risk.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on specifications and timelines.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience with demonstrated focus on indirect categories.
- Hands-on experience sourcing software services, IT/ET hardware, and/or SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar.
