Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and drive strategic procurement within the organization. Our team values strong negotiation skills and the ability to build vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and fostering cost-effective purchasing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business requirements to support purchasing activities.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for goods and services procurement.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in line with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor vendor compliance and participate in internal control processes to ensure agreements are upheld.
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to understand and document detailed business requirements for procurement.
- Experience identifying, vetting, and evaluating potential vendors for services, materials, equipment, or supplies.
- Proven skills in negotiating price and contract terms, and formalizing agreements according to company policies.
- Experience monitoring vendor compliance with contract terms, as well as participating in internal control processes.
