Job Summary: Our team is excited to represent a dynamic opportunity for a Category Merchandising 3 position. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on consumer-centric product offerings and innovative merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute consumer-centric assortment plans, blending fact-based and intuitive inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Global, Territory, and Geo Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing.
- Manage multi-season merchandising strategies and contribute insights for future season plans.
- Influence product offerings from insights to adoption, focusing on the client’s most innovative franchises.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or relevant consumer product merchandising.
- Strong command of retail and digital metrics such as sell-through, margin, and full price realization.
- Proven ability to translate consumer, sales, trend, and marketplace insights into breakthrough strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
