Job Title: Category Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to help drive product assortment planning and business results within a fast-paced retail marketplace. Our team works collaboratively to deliver actionable insights, seamless channel strategies, and engaging narratives that support growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop consumer-centric channel-specific assortment plans for footwear and apparel across North America.
- Translate product strategies into actionable assortments by channel and tier, aligned to consumer needs and account realities.
- Manage multiple seasons concurrently, leveraging sales performance and partner feedback to inform future decisions.
- Equip sales teams with clear assortments, priorities, and narratives for confident sell-in during key account meetings.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or relevant combination of education, experience, and training.
- 4+ years of experience in footwear.
- Proven ability to translate consumer, sales, trend, and marketplace insights into in-season actions and long-term channel strategies.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience preparing impactful presentations and building relationships in a matrixed organization.
