Job Title: Category Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a dynamic merchandising opportunity focused on seasonal assortment planning, product coaching, pricing decisions, and marketplace insights. This position plays an important part in helping drive basketball, along with select soccer and field sports categories, through strong operational execution and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Build and update assortment plans for the seasonal calendar.
- Use assortment visual tools to support planning and execution.
- Contribute to product coaching, pricing decisions, and marketplace POS insights.
- Collaborate with sales, local product creation, demand planning, and marketing teams to help manage communications.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising for retail and ecommerce products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong tactical and operational skills with the ability to own the process.
- Passion for basketball, which should be included on the resume.
- Proactive, high-initiative, and curious approach to work.
