Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic team member to drive sustainable culture change within a dynamic organizational environment. Our focus is on building workforce and leadership capability to foster successful transformation and achieve lasting performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee initiatives to promote culture change and guide leadership through transition processes.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to project teams and senior leaders.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change issues for effective roll-out of transformation projects.
- Recommend actionable change plans based on assessment outcomes to ensure successful adoption across teams and workforces.
Required:
- Strong experience leading change management initiatives, including impact assessments and training development/instructional design.
- Track record in driving large-scale organizational or behavioral change projects.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Previous experience in retail environments is desired.
