Job Summary: We are seeking a change leader to drive organizational transformation through technology and business initiatives, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption. Our team empowers organizations to achieve measurable outcomes by fostering change readiness, delivering targeted communications, and supporting stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured change management framework to define vision, success measures, and integrated plans that enable adoption and sustained business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies and training programs to support organization-wide technology and process changes, including Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
  • Conduct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments, identifying barriers and proactively implementing mitigation and reinforcement actions across impacted teams.
  • Establish adoption measurement practices, report actionable insights to leadership, and recommend interventions to drive utilization and proficiency.

Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading organizational change management and enablement initiatives involving technology, process, or operating model changes.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing enterprise communications and training, including content development and live delivery.
  • Proven hands-on capability with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including at least 3 years of enablement design and adoption program experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed environment, with proficiency in preparing leaders and sponsors for successful change adoption.
