Job Title: Chocolate Manufacturing & Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive process optimization and enhance product quality for a growing food manufacturing operation. Our team values continuous improvement and customer satisfaction throughout the chocolate production lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and analyze chocolate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and quality improvement.
- Ensure all finished products adhere to high standards of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory and maintain a timely supply of raw materials.
- Serve as a liaison between production, operations, and customer service teams, utilizing feedback to drive ongoing process enhancements.
Required:
- Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment, with strong preference for background in confectionary, especially chocolate or candy.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and operations within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills applicable to production and supply challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
