Job Title: Cleaning Validation Specialist
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and manage cleaning validation activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our team values technical expertise and collaboration, ensuring critical cleaning standards are maintained through comprehensive protocols and cross-functional integration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute cleaning validation protocols, including preparation of development and validation documentation.
- Lead on-floor execution and sampling, providing technical support and sample management for cleaning activities related to manufacturing processes.
- Investigate deviations and conduct troubleshooting/root cause analysis of cleaning incidents, supporting timely resolution and periodic review of cleaning validation studies.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure cleaning validation activities are effectively integrated with overall project objectives.
Required:
- Proficient in KNEAT or similar programs and experienced interpreting equipment design, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and global regulatory expectations, with excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze process run trends and manage multiple priorities independently while supporting non-traditional work schedules as needed by project requirements.
- Minimum qualification of a master’s degree, bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, associate degree plus 6 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 8 years of experience; field-related degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy preferred.
