Job Title: Clinical Contracts Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Contracts Analyst to support end-to-end study-level contracting for complex clinical vendor categories across global clinical trials. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional to help manage specification intake, develop and negotiate vendor budgets, and execute compliant contractual documents in alignment with study timelines and governance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead specification intake and review with Clinical Trial Leads and Study Teams to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment to operational needs.
- Develop vendor budgets, compare pricing across approved preferred vendors, and help maintain scope integrity across master agreements.
- Negotiate scope, assumptions, pricing adjustments, and contractual language, then draft and finalize SOWs, amendments, change orders, and closeout documents.
- Maintain compliant documentation, support audit and inspection readiness, and help ensure work is delivered within agreed Vendor Sourcing Timelines.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience within biotech/pharma or similarly regulated industries.
- Experience supporting complex clinical vendor categories and study-level contracting for global clinical trials.
- Experience working with preferred vendors under existing Master Service Agreements, with a focus on compliant SOWs, amendments, and related contractual documents.
- Advanced degree and/or legal/contracting background is a plus.
- Procurement certifications such as CPSM or C.P.M. are desirable.
