Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Euclid, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team focused on supporting the transition from manual processes to CNC automation within a manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for an expert who will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing machining operations for new equipment deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ramp-up of new CNC equipment by creating programs and developing work holding fixtures.
- Design new jigs, tools, and fixtures, providing technical guidance to production personnel as needed.
- Supervise validation of new program rollouts and communicate processes effectively with engineers, quality, and production teams.
- Collaborate daily with manufacturing engineers to resolve machining and operational challenges while implementing corrective actions.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience writing CNC machining center programs and developing work holding fixtures.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment with hands-on involvement in tooling and program improvement.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCad, and G-code programming for CNC equipment.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with proven skills in organizing workflow and training operators on new machining technologies.
