Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement color strategies for sportswear products.
- Transfer color knowledge onto soft and hard goods, ensuring a harmonious design across various product lines.
- Utilize Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator, to produce high-quality color designs.
- Engage with team members in open communication, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong foundation in color theory and design.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator.
- Proven ability to understand and work with real products, not just digital-based designs.
- Self-starter, team-motivated, exhibiting strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
