Job Title: Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team, playing a crucial role in driving innovative color design solutions. Our team champions creativity and precision in transforming trends and cultural insights into world-class products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams including Apparel Design, Graphics, Print, and Development to create cohesive seasonal color directions.
- Develop original color palettes and seasonal refreshes with oversight from design leadership.
- Review samples, resolve color execution challenges, and ensure accuracy throughout the concept-to-manufacturing cycle.
- Conduct thorough research across sport, fashion, art, and culture to inform color decisions and drive innovation.
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in color design or apparel design.
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote.
- Applies seasonal expressions to existing footwear silhouettes through trend-right use of color and materials.
- Expertise in color technology, materials, dyes, finishes, and color achievability.
