Job Title: Commercial Banking Digital Engagement & Adoption Strategy

Top Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop digital engagement strategies for Commercial Banking offerings
  • Define and prioritize opportunities for digital acquisition and engagement
  • Develop roadmaps for digital product management across various digital channels
  • Analyze and optimize commercial processes related to sales, onboarding, administration, and servicing
  • Provide insights into startup business markets to inform strategy development
  • Synthesize application capabilities with value drivers, success metrics, and adoption triggers

Top Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Commercial Banking products and services (Payments, Liquidity Management, Cards, Loans, Reporting)
  • Expertise in digital acquisition, engagement, and product/service adoption strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital product management across multiple channels
  • Ability to analyze and optimize commercial processes
  • Familiarity with startup business markets and insights


  • Prior experience in Commercial Banking with a focus on digital engagement and adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital strategies
  • Knowledge of commercial processes such as sales, onboarding, and servicing
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and customer behaviours


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Digital Strategy or Product Management are advantageous
