Job Title: Communications Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support communications programs across training, running, and sportswear priorities. Our team is looking for a highly organized professional who can help deliver seamless media experiences, event execution, product seeding, and creator engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end logistics for media experiences, seasonal product previews, and media events.
- Coordinate product seeding efforts and help execute workouts, runs, and athlete- or community-led experiences.
- Assist with media relations and creator engagement while building strong relationships with media, creators, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
- Bring precision, organization, and operational excellence to multiple projects while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of the city’s sports, cultural, media, and creator landscape.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, events, marketing, or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or any combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, plus experience supporting media relations, event execution, product launches, and creator engagement programs.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Keynote and Excel.
