Job Title: Communications Coordinator
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to help shape clear, compelling messaging for innovation, design, and product-focused work across a global organization. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong writing, editing, presentation, and research skills to a fast-moving environment where storytelling supports leadership, cross-functional alignment, and technical innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine communications that translate innovation, design, and product creation work into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
- Partner with innovation, design, product, research, brand, legal, and business teams to support coordinated communications.
- Support presentations, research, and editorial work that help leadership communicate complex ideas with clarity and consistency.
- Adapt tone and voice across global and geo audiences while maintaining strong quality, accuracy, and alignment to the role’s objectives.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, product, innovation, or science-driven storytelling.
- Experience preferably gained within a global brand or agency environment.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and research skills.
- Understanding of innovation, design, and product creation processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Keynote.
- Preferred background in a Nike or industry-related environment.
