Job Title: Complaint Technician
Location: Bothell, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support complaint return product processes with a strong focus on quality assurance and process improvement. Our team values individuals who are committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and upholding the highest standards of laboratory and documentation practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing complex tasks related to complaint returns and support product quality inspection activities.
  • Remedy device malfunctions, escalate issues as needed, and provide input on planning and priority-setting within the area of responsibility.
  • Implement process improvements and support validation protocols, ensuring adherence to good laboratory and documentation practices.
  • Follow all safety guidelines for the handling and disposal of devices and hazardous materials to maintain a safe work environment.

Required:

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to conduct quality control inspections and support technical documentation.
  • Strong digital literacy and knowledge of basic quality management and troubleshooting principles.
