Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid
Role Overview:
- Join our client as a Construction Manager, where you’ll oversee small cell and node projects in Phoenix, AZ, with potential travel to NV and NM. This hybrid role involves both office and field work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage work packages for vendors and coordinate construction schedules.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and inspectors to resolve field issues.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Prepare purchase orders and process contractor invoices.
- Assist with project financials, including forecasting and invoice management.
- Provide administrative support and develop progress reports.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in project management and small cell/node construction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with fiber and small cell construction drawings and design.
- Knowledge of OSP fiber construction and node/power installation.
- Familiarity with construction management processes and safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office, SmartSheets, and Excel.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 3 years in telecommunications/wireless construction.
- High School diploma required; OSHA 10 preferred.
- Valid driver’s license necessary.
