Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all day-to-day on-site administrative and technical management of field personnel, subcontractors, and activities for complex construction projects. Our team relies on this role to ensure efficient execution, safety, and strong client relationships throughout every project phase.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise on-site teams and field operations to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to schedule and budget requirements.
- Enforce compliance with project procedures, safety programs, work rules, and client requirements, including regular audits and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, and project management staff to sequence deliverables, resolve technical issues, and coordinate field activities.
- Oversee construction progress tracking, perform regular reporting, and manage the turnover process for startup and commissioning teams.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 11 years of construction management experience or craft supervision experience on similar projects.
- Strong understanding of all construction disciplines as required by the project scope.
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills for managing field personnel and subcontractors.
