Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, handling proposals and project-related communications.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring all permits and contracts are in place.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project objectives.
- Review and approve project reports, budgets, and forecasts, presenting findings to management.
- Mentor and train project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing construction projects in various industries.
- Understanding of accounting principles and ability to manage project finances.
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
