Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Vancouver, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee day-to-day operations throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion and warranty periods. Our team values strong leadership to manage safety, quality, schedule, cost, documentation, and client relationships for impactful construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction activities including planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and ensuring safety adherence across single or multiple projects.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, contract negotiations, change orders, and permit acquisition while maintaining project compliance and governance.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, construction staffing plans, and site layout strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Facilitate project documentation, reports, risk management reviews, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent project management experience in construction may be substituted.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) and experience with project management, scheduling, and document control software.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
