Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Merritt Island, Florida (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction project management professional to support complex facility and infrastructure work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help drive project planning, execution, and closeout while supporting schedules, budgets, documentation, and field coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion, supporting client satisfaction, financial outcomes, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Provide field oversight, conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress, and help ensure activities stay aligned with the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, resident engineers, and internal project teams to support scope management, contract negotiation, and change control.
- Develop project documentation, progress reports, proposals, presentations, and compliance-related materials while reinforcing safety, quality, and ethical standards.
Required:
- 5+ years of on-site project management, project coordination, facilities management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, P6 Primavera, PMWeb, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Ability to walk construction sites, climb multiple flights of stairs, work in adverse weather conditions, and stand for prolonged periods.
- OSHA Certification is required.
