Job Title: Content Developer: III (Senior)
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado
Onsite requirement: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite in Greenwood Village

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute content strategy for digital channels to enhance customer self-service experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and tech teams to craft exceptional user experiences and guide product development.
  • Manage various content types targeting internal and external users, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Establish customer-centric tone of voice and advocate for clear, approachable language.
  • Contribute to cross-functional efforts to innovate and refine product features and offerings.
  • Develop frameworks and processes to maintain and enhance product content quality across digital platforms.
  • Utilize user research and feedback to drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape in farm credit sector.
  • Effectively communicate content design decisions and processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, communications or related field
  • 8+ years experience helping people through understandable Content Design, Strategy and UX Writing.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Excellent English language skills, including knowledge of grammar and style.
  • Ability to turn financial product and service’s content into simple and engaging customer language.
  • Ability to explain edits and creative concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in content management tools (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Wix)
  • Proven ability to tackle complex subject matter
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and an ability to communicate this efficiently to the team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and user experience researchers.
  • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process.
  • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share.
