Job Title: Content Infrastructure Product Owner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the strategic direction of content infrastructure within our global customer experience operations. Our team is focused on building global capabilities that enhance customer experiences through innovative technologies and high-performing team behaviors.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for content infrastructure, ensuring alignment with global and franchise priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into impactful product solutions.
- Leverage user insights to shape capabilities that enhance customer experiences and drive measurable business impact.
- Monitor product adoption and optimize content infrastructure capabilities through continuous improvement and experimentation.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly-regulated industries.
- Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or managing product roadmaps within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management products, content management systems, and regulated content governance.
