Job Title: Content Migration Specialist
PST/Global hours – open to remote in all time zones
Job Summary: Our team is on the hunt for a strategic thinker and doer, tasked with championing the crucial role of transforming content to meet new technical and content standards. We empower this position to streamline essential content across a global platform, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Review and update existing documentation to align with new content standards.
- Migrate content accurately between systems, maintaining operational consistency.
- Identify content gaps or ambiguities and collaborate with team members to address them.
- Apply metadata, tagging, and categorization standards while supporting content consolidation efforts.
Required:
- 3-5 Years of experience in Website Content Migration experience
- Familiar with Contentful as a platform (required) OR similar product/tools
- Nice to Have: Has technical writing background to update and edit documentation
- Really need to be expert in MIGRATION of documents (not technical within contentful)
- Engaging with stakeholders and questioning things that don't align
- Just this person will be doing the migration so need self-starter
- Multi-task all this project (Spreadsheets. Google Sheets, migration sheets document sheet, organized and can hold themselves to deadlines and multiple content pieces and teams at one time)
