Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Beachwood, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a recruitment professional to oversee the end-to-end hiring process across a range of positions. Our team values a results-driven individual who will support organizational growth by attracting high-caliber talent efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and help develop sourcing strategies.
- Identify and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct pre-interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate all steps in the selection process.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related function.
- Track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple, diverse positions.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
