We’re looking for a Contracts Manager II to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our contracts framework and optimizing our procurement processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance within our Ariba Contracts framework
- Collaborate with the Legal team on contracts framework and language review
- Coordinate timely delivery of contracts with departments and suppliers
- Provide guidance on contracting processes and Ariba module usage
- Support Ariba system users and analyze data trends
- Facilitate trainings and document internal processes
- Support internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with J-SOX regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Contracts Management, Review, or Negotiation
- Deep knowledge of contract language and interpretation
- Experience with SAP ARIBA and large ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Track record of process improvement and data quality management
