Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking talented professionals to support French-speaking customers and drive high-quality client interactions. Our team excels at delivering data-driven solutions and streamlined troubleshooting to enhance service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex and high-priority customer issues through coordination with internal teams for comprehensive solutions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor agent performance and prepare reports to inform coaching and operational decisions.
  • Execute advanced troubleshooting procedures for technical problems and provide support for sophisticated product and service inquiries.
  • Guide and train junior team members while recommending strategic improvements to enhance overall service quality.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Support or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting, CRM software, Microsoft Office, documentation, and customer response management.
  • Ability to speak French and deliver support for French customers, with strong skills in escalation management and customer satisfaction techniques.
