Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to amplify our customer support initiatives. We strive to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships through interactions across multiple channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 customer support through email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Investigate customer service complaints and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and service activities for quality assurance.
  • Assist in the configuration of new merchant setups and technical issue resolution.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service-related fields.
  • Demonstrated skill in handling customer support queries in call centers, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
