Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Logistics – Junior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Remote)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a driven professional to provide superior logistics support to vendors and carriers. We focus on ensuring timely communication and top-notch service, addressing performance issues and facilitating new vendor setups.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to vendors and carriers by responding promptly to inquiries and calls.
- Create and manage cases within Service Now for accurate reporting and issue tracking.
- Facilitate vendor interactions regarding routing requests, order dates, shipping specifics, and POE shipments.
- Conduct systems administration duties, analyze database locations, and troubleshoot E-Routing issues.
Required:
- 2-5 years in customer service, supply chain, merchandising/planning, or distribution.
- Outstanding communication skills and phone etiquette, adaptable in fast-paced settings.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively, embracing change with high attention to detail and initiative.
