Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Syracuse, New York (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Dynamic Planning & Resource Management team through data analytics, process documentation, and data visualization. Our team values individuals who can provide reliable data-driven insights and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize planning and resource management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support reporting to enhance resource planning and inform future work plan decisions.
- Partner with various business units to maintain data accuracy across multiple systems, including Powerplan, STORMS, Future Now, and SAP.
- Document and improve Dynamic Planning & Resource Management processes, resulting in a comprehensive playbook for the business.
- Analyze data to identify trends, support strategic improvement initiatives, and lead the creation of dashboards for automating resource planning.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with data reporting or relevant equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of SAP, Powerplan, STORMS, Primavera, and Business Intelligence reporting.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives, and a valid driver’s license.
